Archcathedral Church of Christ the King in Katowice

The Archcathedral, built between 1927-1954 from Silesian dolomite is the seat of the Bishop of the archdiocese of Katowice. In the chapel of the Blessed Sacrament there are a tabernacle and a mosaic made of gold donated by Joseph Ratzinger, Pope Benedict XVI.
