Regional Cultural Centre in Bielsko-Biała
The Regional Cultural Centre in Bielsko-Biała is a cultural institution of local government of the Silesian province. It holds the current name since 2000. Before it was the Municipal Cultural Centre (since 1989), and it was established as the Municipal House of Culture in 1975, together with the creation of Bielski province.
