Cathedral of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Żywiec

The cathedral was built in the 15th century and extended in the years 1515-1542 and 1582-1583. Until 1992, it served as parish church. The interior represents the Baroque style. Noteworthy, among others, the Gothic bas-relief of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary from about 1500.
